I swear I get a couple rappers a day in my inbox that sound exactly like J. Cole. The latest in this litany of rappers is Rhode Island emcee Cesar Luciano. He’s holding it down for New England so I am going to hold it down for him, but listen to “I’m On It” and tell me he does not sound remarkably like J. Cole.
