Osmunda Music aka Rebecca Trujillo Vest has singing since the early 1970s as a young girl. She describes singing as “a nurturing experience similar to a mother’s love.” That sets the tone for “Gracenote,” a meditative track with a repetitive mantra of “trust in divine order.” The track gets a remix by John Alevizakis, who takes the ambient vocal track and pairs it down to the basics. He adds a minimalistic yet driving drum beat and bouncing synths to create a track that is still uplifting but has an added sense of urgency to it.
