Outerwaves is the art-dance project from Melbourne based producer Dominic Stephens. Best known for his work with Australian band Oh Ye Denver Birds, Stephens is no stranger to the world of psychedelia. Outerwaves new track, “Let Her Go” mixes Toro Y Moi-style production with echoed vocals to create a dreamwave sound.
