Austin, TX’ Toma are preparing to release their debut full length Aroma. Surviving the Golden Age is excited to premiere their new single “Count Me Out.” Keyboard/lead singer Waldo Wittenmyer’s voice is reminiscent of Phil Lynott of Thin Lizzy. Listening through the 80s-tinged synth-pop track, you would think Toma’s music is a far cry from classic rock then comes the guitar solo outro. With dueling guitars coming close to mimicking Thin Lizzy’s sound, Toma has the ability to mix guitar rock with their Hall & Oates-style synthpop.
