New York City legends, Agallah and Brand Nubian‘s Sadat X are preparing to release a collaborative album called The Gods Have Arrived on September 25th. The latest single from the album is “Praise The Lord” which features Greg Nice formerly of Nice & Smooth. As Greg Nice proclaims on the hook, “N-Y put it down, no need to debate,” and that’s exactly what the three emcees do. Over the string-filled beat, they spit lyrics that straddle the line between story-telling and braggadocio.
