There is something simple and joyous about Aguava‘s new single, “Aquatic Movements.” The producer, whose birth name is Allen Chen, creates a warm tropical atmosphere filled with light uhn-tiss-uhn-tiss drums, bouncy synths, reverb-drenched guitars, and the faint sound of seagulls. It makes me want to dig up my PlayStation 2 and play Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
