Washington DC-based producer, Aldor recently released his single, “Stay.” Having nothing to do with the Lisa Loeb single of the same name, Aldor takes Valery Lua‘s pristine vocals and places them over emotive pianos for the verses. As Lua hits the “stay” in the “won’t you stay” line, the song explodes into energetic drums and tight synth arpeggios. It creates a cathartic release that the relatively tame verses beg for.
