Dutch-born, London-based songstress, Charly Haze takes us to Los Angeles on her new single, “California, 2am.” The track sounds somewhere between 80s artists like Berlin and more modern synth pop like M83. With lyrics talking about speeding on the 405, 2am does seem the appropriate time line where that might be possible. 2pm, it would be solid traffic from El Segundo to Mulholland Drive.
