Los Angeles-based artist, Conflict at Serenity Pools recently released his Rosey Dreams EP. The latest single is the short-player’s final track, “rosey dream ii.” Reminiscent of 90s alternative rock radio hits by artists like Primitive Radio Gods and Citizen King, the track mixes hip hop drums with more traditional “rock” elements. The propulsive boom bap drums move the track along while lo-fi synths and reverb-drenched vocals keep things mysterious yet catchy.
