Boise, ID rapper, Eleven and DJ Jason D just released “Still Love,” the second in a series of monthly singles leading up to a new album in late 2021. Produced by A.J. Munson, the track features a guitar sample over classic boom bap drums. The production mixed with Eleven’s gruff voice reminds me of Public Enemy‘s 1998 single, “He Got Game.” With lyrics about friendship and loyalty, “Still Love” feels like a long lost classic.
