London singer, Ellie Moon just released her new EP, MOONiSMS. The latest single from the album is “Kylie Jenner.” Reminiscent of early Lily Allen, the track mixes pop sensibility with sardonic lyrics. Reimagining the phrase “keep up with the Joneses” as “keep up with Kylie,” the song is about “an unrealistic sense of pressure on young people to behave and look a certain way, which is heightened by social media where EVERYONE looks gorgeous all the time…it’s this artificial sense of reality I wanted to capture” said Moon.
