Oakland rapper, GenraGenra is preparing to release a new EP later this year. The latest single from the album is “Crazy.” Over a piano-filled beat from Jan Branick, Genra spits his introspective lyrics. Although the track seems to have a quarantine feel to it, it was written long before the bay area’s stay-at-home orders. Genra explains “I’m from Oakland, but I recorded this track during a snowstorm in Colorado. We spun out on the side of the road on the way to the studio.”
