Parisian duo, Grand Bain released their EP, The French Diaries last September. Surviving the Golden Age is excited to premiere the video for the track. Directed by lead singer, Erica von Trapp, the video takes place in the California desert. Playing off the melancholic feel of the track, the video focuses on monotony. With images of a ceiling fan spinning and beetles crawling interspersed with images of actor, Liam Haynes screaming or doing sit ups, the video has a certain urgency to it. As night falls in the desert, the video becomes heavy on blacklights and creates some interesting visuals in time for a synth-filled outro.
