St. Paul quartet, Halfway Down just released their single, “Dead Inside.” The track deftly mixes elements of emo, hardcore, and pop punk through hand-claps, gang vocals, and an easycore breakdown. It ends up having the pop-punkiness of New Found Glory with the screamo edge of Story of the Year.
