Human Barbie, the revolving cast of characters helmed by singer/songwriter Christopher Leopold, will be releasing their debut album, Get a Life on October 23rd. The latest single from the album is “The Truth is Coming.” The song mixes jazz organ stabs, honky tonk lead guitar, and lush vocal harmonies to create something that sounds like psychedelic country. Leopold’s vocals lilt over the top singing melancholic lyrics about failure, survival, and ultimately, surrendering.
