Californian artist, James Mantis just dropped his new single, “Dolores.” Written about an evening in San Francisco, “we were all laying down at Dolores Park after a night out and as I fell asleep I focused in on the voices around me” explains Mantis. “I pulled out my pink iPhone SE and hit record; I built the song around that one sample.” Mixing elements of hip hop, R&B, and indie rock, the track sounds somewhere between TV on the Radio and Death Grips.
