Drag City will release Laetitia Sadier’s new album, Something Shines on September 23rd. The album’s lead single, “Then, I Will Love You Again” is a little hors d’oeuvres of what’s to come. The track starts off with a freak folk feel a la Vashti Bunyan. As it gets going, steady thumping drums are added. Slowly the mix fills up with bass and a cacophony of strings, building to a beautiful symphonic crescendo.
