Toronto artist, LØLØ is preparing to release her new EP, overkill in November. The latest single from the album is “u look stupid.” LØLØ is currently on tour with New Found Glory and Less Than Jake but she has a more Billie Eilish interpretation of punk cynicism. Over an electronic beat and grungy guitars, she sings “you look stupid when/you’re with your stupid friends” on the track’s chorus. This is just moments after calling the cause of her ire a “dirtbag.” It is a fun empowering anthem that hopefully the 30-40 year olds at the NFG show can embrace.
