Production duo, Camo & Krooked team up with fellow Austrian, Mefjus for the new single, “Break Away.” Beginning with pitch-shifted female vocals and lush synth pads, drum & bass production comes in and out like a passing trains until the first drop. The post-drop production samples Lyn Collins’ “Think (About It)” which was made popular by its use in Rob Base & DJ E-Z Rock’s “It Takes Two.” But like many of the sounds in “Break Away,” the samples is utilized for a moment or two before it too fades. The constant evolving nature of the track makes it ever interesting to listen to and the solid drum & bass production gives it a contagious frantic energy.
