Pretty much since Liza Minnelli released “New York, New York” in 1977, there has been a musical love affair between the city and its residents. Although Jay-Z and Alicia Keys‘ “Empire State of Mind” seems to be the city’s anthem of choice, Samuel is throwing his hat in the ring with “I Heart NY”.
