Stockholm, Sweden’s Torpedo recently sent me their latest single “Accelerate”. I was disappointed to find the song is not a cover of the title song from R.E.M.‘s 2008 album. I decided to post the song regardless for two reasons. First, the band’s promo pick makes them look like the cast from Dead Snow. and Secondly, the song is actually pretty good. It has a nice 80s alternative feel like Love and Rockets combined with Missing Persons. Check it out!
