Last month, Minneapolis musician Nick Roesler released his album, Ghosting a Funeral. The lead single from the album is “Night Sweats.” The track features Dave King of The Bad Plus on drums which should give you a hint as to what it sounds like. Although not as bombastic as much of the Bad Plus’ work, the track does loosely fall into the jazz category but mixes in elements of chill and ambient music, and new age. It is a beautiful track that remains as interesting as it is chill.
