LA-based trio NOT THE MAIN CHARACTERS are preparing to release their debut EP, BAD THINGS COME IN 3’S on May 20th. The latest single from the EP is “lava.” The track mixes sexy electro-pop vibes with snotty lyrics. With lines like “don’t tweet my obituary if you’re not there when I get buried,” “lava” has the punk attitude without any of the punk musical elements but it works.
