Brooklyn, NY’s Pamphlets just released their new single, “Wholesome Organic Convenience.” The song mixes reverbed guitars with talk-y vocals. With lyrics about “corner stores/bodegas popping up around NYC and how we hate how manufactured they are and yet we can’t stop using them as they are so convenient,” it is easy to draw comparisons to Parquet Courts but maybe with a little Broken Social Scene mixed in.
