London’s Paperface is preparing to release a new double vinyl album, Love in the Time of Florida. His latest single is “Little Monsters.” As Paperface explains the lyrics “tell the story of a boy stuck on a remote planet with only elderly relatives and the odd alien for company. Giant lobsters loom over the horizon in this B-Movie inspired take on alienation and estrangement.” Coupling the odd lyrics with a theremin and a 40-piece orchestra, the song has a twee-pop sensibility on the grandest of scales.
