Dutch duo The Policy just released their new single “Changes” featuring vocals from Tessa Rose Jackson. Starting with synths that sound lifted out of Wiley‘s “Wearing My Rolex,” “Changes” remains a little more subdued than that electro pop hit. Instead a classic uhn-tiss-uhn-tiss beat is added and Tessa Rose Jackson’s dreamy vocals gives the track its deep house pathos.
