Part of Surviving the Golden’s mid-decade fare was featuring exclusive mixes from DJs across the world. It is something we have gotten away from, but no time like the presence to revive it. And no one better to revive it with than Fort Knox‘s Qdup. The Washington DC’s funky dance music ambassador is gearing up to release a string of singles on Fort Knox Recordings. First up will Qdup featuring EVeryman “Joyride” dropping worldwide on March 31st at all major digital music retailers. Qdup has recently toured through Canada’s Mid-Interior with EVeryman on their Hearts of Funk Tour. Catch Qdup and EVeryman back on the Hearts of Funk Tour in Los Angeles on Saturday March 25th as they pay tribute to Nick “Pumpkin” Alverado at the first annual memorial for their fallen brother. The show is part of the Opulent Temple White Party at The Belasco Theatre in Los Angeles. Qdup’s Surviving the Golden Age March 2017 Mix showcases his diverse range of Breaks, Funk, Hip Hop, House and Nu Disco that’s a sure fire party starter!
