Massachusetts emcees, Revalation and GoD iLLa are preparing to release their new collaborative album, RevILLutionAries on April 30th. The first single from the album is “Wu Wednesday.” Rhode Island producer, Tecknowledgy creates a raw beat of gritty snares and light piano while Wu affiliate, DJ Flipcyide scratches an old school hip hop chorus. Both, Revalation and GoD iLLa pay homage to Wu-Tang with their verses while still mixing in clever wordplay and a fare amount of braggadocio.
