Grammy-nominated producer/film director Sam Spiegel, aka Sam i, just shared his new single “Shake.” Featuring talk-box-infused bass and tropical house drums, the instrumental is reminiscent of Air‘s “Sexy Boy.” The addition of Phantom Planet vocalist, Alex Greenwald, does change the atmosphere a bit. Just hearing those vocals injects a sense of California sunshine into the otherwise space age sounding track.
