Schoolly D “Real Rhymes and Real Raps”

Depending on your age, you might know Schoolly D for his 1985 single “P.S.K.” often considered the birth of gangsta rap or for the Aqua Teen Hunger Force theme song. He is preparing to release his new album, Cuz Schoolly D is Crazy later this year. The album’s opening track is also the lead single, “Real Rhymes and Real Raps.” The album was recorded and mixed using the original analog production as the Schoolly albums from the eighties to give it that classic hip hop sound.
