Brooklyn-based duo, Secret Weapons met in high school and soon after started making music together. After a year of work, the band just released their debut single “Something New.” With a distinct 80s pop vibe, the track sounds somewhere between Men Without Hats and Jermaine Stewart. It’s amusing considering that neither one of the members were alive when those bands were hit makers.
