New York’s Theresa returns with a new single, “Evolution Of A Lady.” The song starts with Theresa speaking/singing over a hand-clapped beat reminiscent of The Ting Tings‘ “That’s Not My Name.” Instead of going full dance-rock, the track adds some big brass sounds to give it a neo-soul vibe that Mark Ronson would be proud of. Theresa calls the track “a personal anthem to myself to remain confident and strong,” adding “I am proud of my evolution and encourage others to take pride in their own journeys.”
