Los Angeles’ tiLLie will follow up her 2019 Loud Mouth EP with her debut full-length album later this year. The first single from it is “Peachie.” In a shocking turn of events, the title is actually not referring the the peach emoji but peachy meaning very satisfactory or fine. Over a mix of synths, distorted guitars, and nostalgic 8-bit game chimes, tiLLie wears being called a “bitch” like a badge of honor. The mixture of electro clash and dark bedroom pop makes for an earworm that is as catchy as it is edgy.
