Sydney-based musician, composer and vocalist, Tim Ayre is preparing to release a new EP, Modern Life later this year via Kitsuné Musique. The latest single from the album is “Miami Drive.” Layered with tremolo-soaked rhythm guitar and fuzzed out lead, the track has a 60s psychedelic pop feel reminiscent of Tommy James’ “Draggin the Line” or more modernly Jim Noir’s “Eanie Meany.” It is a fun, summery song as warmer temperatures come Stateside.
