Danish group, When Saints Go Machine are known for their avant synth pop but when Will Saul’s new alter-ego CLOSE remixes their track the genre shifts in a big way. While Close’s version of “Mannequin” keeps a lot of the same pathos, the addition of grungy sounding bass gives the track a 90’s alternative feel.
