Mali-born, Lithuanian-based guitarist/producer, Afrodelic is preparing to release his debut album Dusunku Hakili this summer. The latest single from the album is “Weleli.” With lyircs written by Afrodelic’s father, poet Gaoussou Diawara who passed away in 2018, the track mixes acoustic guitar noodling and choir vocals with esoteric percussion and electronic flourishes. It’s a song that is as hypnotizing as it is catchy.
